Loved the fantastic bathroom, flat-screen TV, cozy seating area, writing table, and clean, comfortable bed in our double room.

We stayed in a deluxe hotel for one night and everything was brand new, the location was awesome and close to everything, the room was fantastic with a great bathroom, and we had a superb experience.

The room is modern and unique with nice decor. the great bathroom complements the nice bed. - the interior is nice and the design is great. - the staff is very very helpful and amiable, as well as the hotel's owner.

Comfortable Seating Area: I felt like a king lounging on the plush sofa, which was more comfortable than sinking into a cloud.

The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to the town center and all the tourist attractions, and the room was well-equipped with a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, seating area, and a writing table.

The rooms at Unique Rooms in Zadar are so cozy and comfy! I loved the seating area where I could just relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. Plus, the private bathroom with a shower was just what I needed for a refreshing start to the day. The slippers, free toiletries, and hair dryer were a nice touch too. And let's not forget about the air conditioning and minibar in the double room I stayed in. It made me feel like I was living the luxurious life!

It's just my personal opinion, but I wasn't a huge fan of the flat-screen TV in the room. But hey, different strokes for different folks, right?

This accommodation is situated in a fantastic location on the edge of the citadel, with everything in walking distance. the room was clean and modern, with a lovely decor throughout. the hosts were helpful, communicative and provided complementary bottles of water. the wifi speed was decent and the shower was great.

Parking was extremely difficult and not very close.

This hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the city, on the main street in the Old Town. The clean and comfortable room had everything I needed and the self check-in process was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

Can't fault the hotel in any way.

I spent a fantastic New Year's Eve at the heart of a vibrant and dynamic historic center, surrounded by ancient buildings and streets, which offered me many options for dining, drinking, and socializing. the facilities of the accommodation were modern and clean, including a spacious and luxurious walk, in rain shower.

I had to carry all my belongings up and down several flights of stairs, which was a bit tiring and inconvenient. the fridge was not thoroughly cleaned, and I noticed a bit of dirt and grime that could have been easily removed.
